The Garland CK1010300 Thermostat with Dial 3/16" x 13" 60" D1/D18 is a temperature control system that is used in commercial ovens, ranges, and broilers to monitor the amount of heat inside the cooking area. It has a capillary-type sensing bulb with a size of 3/16 x 13 inches, and It works with a temperature range of about 100C to 550C, and it switches electrical contacts to turn heating elements or burners on or off.
