The Garland G01936-1 Thermostat Assembly with a 3/16 x 13-inch bulb D1/D18 is a temperature control system in commercial ovens, ranges and broilers to control the amount of heat inside the unit. It has a capillary-type sensing bulb and a 60-inch capillary tube, which measures the temperature variations in the cooking chamber. It can be used in a range of about 100F to 550F and it uses electrical contacts that are switched on and off to regulate heating elements or gas flow.
