The Southbend 116145-2 Range Thermostat W/Dial 3/16" X 11-5/8" KXP regulates the temperature by detecting the internal heat of commercial oven. The capillary system reacts to temperature variations and varies the dial position to sustain the desired heat level during use which supports to ensure a uniform temperature response throughout the cooking cycle. It is mounted in the oven control assembly panel where temperature control elements connect with heating elements, and attached to the oven housing close to the control knob to be accessible.
