The Southbend SOU1161452 Range Thermostat W/Dial 3/16" X 11-5/8" KXP controls the temperature of a commercial oven. The control system with a dial interface to control the temperature regulation. It works by sensing temperature variations using the bulb probe, transmitting signals to the control system connected to the heating to adjust heating cycles and coordinating thermostat response to maintain a steady temperature input within the oven control loop. It is fitted in commercial oven control compartments where temperature control elements connect with internal wiring and a mounting point.
