The Southbend SOU1011201 Range Thermostat W/Dial 3/16" X 11-5/8" KXP is used to control the temperature of commercial oven. The internal switch responds to changes in burner activity and keeps the chosen settings within the control range, which is affected by the heat signal variation as the bulb expands or contracts with temperature variations. Placement is usually control panel assembly in the area of the temperature adjustment interface to allow operational access with sensor bulb routing into the oven cavity and wiring to the controller module to transmit the signal.
