The Blodgett 18261 Gas Safety Valve 1/2" 24V is a replacement part control assembly for use in compatible commercial systems. It is used to control and turn off gas supply to the burner system according to electrical control signals for cooking cycles to ensure secure ignition and secure flame operation.
