The Blodgett 20354 Gas Safety Valve 1/2" 24V is a replacement part used in the commercial kitchen assembly. It can be used with natural or LP gas configurations and is comprised of a 1/2" x 5" pipe nipple, 1/2" union and 1/2" coupling. The valve controls and regulates the flow of gas to griddle burners for secure ignition, operation and shutdown. It is mounted on the gas supply line of compatible equipment in commercial kitchens, restaurants and institutional food service equipment. It is a component of the systems secure features to keep the gas supply controlled between the gas supply and the burner manifold during operation and maintenance.
