The Blodgett 30217 Gas Safety Valve 1/2" 24V is a gas control component for commercial applications. It controls and/or turns off the flow of the burner system, and assists in secure operation during the ignition, cooking and shut-down cycles. The assembly features a valve connection with 5 pipe nipple and coupling for simple integration into natural gas or propane systems. It is placed in the gas supply line of the griddle and operates as part of the total temperature and secure control system of the griddle. It is used in commercial kitchens to ensure precise burner operation and uniform heat delivery while food is being prepared all day long.
