The Hobart 20041-11 Tube Left Flame Pilot w/ Orifice 1/4 is an essential parts of the gas griddle that can be used to fit in the other compatible models to assist in the correct ignition of the burner. It is made up of the left flame pilot tube which controls the flow of pilot burner to form a stable flame which is used to start the normal operation of the main flame. This pilot assembly is turned on each time the griddle is switched on in the food service and commercial kitchen.
