The Hobart 920041-11 Gas Griddle Tube Left Flame Pilot w/ Orifice 1/4 is a replacement assembly that is used in compatible support ignition of the unit. It includes a 1/4 inch orifice to meter the quantity of gas flowing to the pilot burner to create a steady flame that is used to ignite the main griddle burners during a standard start-up and operation. In commercial kitchen and foodservice settings, this pilot tube is opened every time the griddle is switched on. It is operational in the gas delivery and ignition of the griddle.
