The Hobart 20041-12 Gas Gridle Tube Left Flame Pilot w/ Orifice 1/4" is used as a replacement pilot assembly to be used in compatible support and uniform burner ignition. It has the left flame pilot tube, to create a steady flame that is used to the main burners during normal operation. This pilot tube is used in commercial kitchens and foodservice settings is activated every time the griddle is turned on. It is operational in the gas delivery and ignition system of the griddle, which allows to the stability of lighting and the safety of working with the appliance.
