The Hobart 920041-00012 Gas Griddle Tube Left Flame Pilot w/ Orifice 1/4 is a replacement assembly used in compatible models. It also contains the left-side flame pilot tube, which has a 1/4 inch orifice to meter the flow of gas to the pilot burner to create a stable pilot flame, which is used to start the main griddle burners when normal operation is taking place. This pilot tube is used in commercial kitchens and foodservice settings every time the griddle is turned on. It is a necessary part of the gas delivery, which contributes to the stable work of the appliances.
