The Hobart 920041-00011 Gas Griddle Tube Left Flame Pilot w/ Orifice 1/4 is a replacement pilot element that is supposed to be used in compatible support, accurate burner ignition. It contains the left-side flame pilot tube that has a 1/4 inch orifice that regulates the amount of gas flowing to the pilot burner to produce a stable flame to light up the main burners during startup and operation. This pilot tube is involved in commercial kitchen and foodservice setups every time the griddle is fired. It has a operational role in gas delivery and the ignition system of the griddle.
