The Dean 2507 Auto Reset Hi-Limit Thermostat LC117 is a safety component designed for all gas fryers. It has a fixed temperature of 425°F, and it shuts down when the fryer temperature is high and unsafe to use, then resets itself. It is made from a nickel-plated 5/16” x 3-5/8” bulb, a 36” capillary tube, and a 1/4” nickel-plated stuff box to guarantee the product’s sturdiness and effectiveness in managing heat. Its compact bracket 7 makes installation easy.
