The Frymaster FM2191 Auto Reset Hi-Limit Thermostat 425°F LC117 is designed to monitor and control excessive temperature in commercial fryer systems. Rated at 425°F, it operate as control that responds when the fryer oil temperature rises beyond the preset limit. The thermostat interrupts heating circuit to stop further heat input and protect from overheating. After the temperature returns to the specified operating range the auto-reset operation restores the circuit. The configuration is used with compatible fryer assemblies as part of the temperature secure control system.
