The Star Mfg 2T-30401-21 High-Limit Thermostat Auto Reset 450°F Fixed is an essential safety system that helps to keep commercial fryers safe against overheating. This thermostat automatically switches off the heating element of the fryer when the oil temperature reaches 450°F eliminating the risk of damaging the equipment and causing fire. When the temperature has been reduced to a safe value the auto-reset feature returns to normal operation without operator action. Designed to be accurate, it provides consistent performance in fryers.
