The Dean 8030100 Full Vat Sediment Tray is a removable collection holder for systems that will collect crumbs and residue produced during the process. It is located in the bottom part of the fryer assembly, where oil and debris accumulate during the cooking and filtration process. It is 14" x 12-3/8" x 6-3/4" and fits into the H50 configurations found in commercial kitchens. It fits into the equipment structure and aids in the normal oil maintenance and cleaning during normal operation. Replacement usually occurs when the element bends, is corroded, or the collected debris is not contained in the system.
