The Frymaster FM8030194 Sediment Tray FV 14" X 12-3/8" X 6-3/4" is a sediment collection tray that is designed to be used to collect debris that is separated from the cooking oil during the filtering process in commercial fryer filtration assemblies. It works because food residue and particles are trapped as oil passes through the filtration system of the fryer and then returned to the cooking vat. The tray is compatible with the filtration area of the fryers and can be placed under the filter area with filter pans and oil circulation parts. The component helps to maintain the oil and the filters.
