The Frymaster FM8030103 Fryer Sediment Tray 14 1/2 x 12 3/8 x 6 3/4 H is a removable tray to be used in compatible commercial to trap food particles and debris during the cooking and filtering cycles. It is located below the cooking vat of the fryer to collect solids that rise to the surface of the oil to prevent the pump and filtration system of the fryer from becoming clogged. This tray is installed with the oil handling assembly of the fryer to assist in the daily routine maintenance and oil better control in restaurant kitchens, cafeterias and other foodservice settings where frying activities are carried out.
