The Frymaster FM8030100 Fryer Sediment Tray FV 14" X 12-3/8" X 6-3/4" is a filter tray designed for use in commercial oil management systems. It is used to trap the sediment, crumbs, and food particles that are filtered out of the cooking oil, which supports keeping the oil cleaner, and the fryer operating conditions cleaner. The tray can be inserted into the bottom filtration compartment of suitable commercial fryer units, and oil filtering media can be added.
