The Frymaster FM803-0103 Sediment Tray FV 14" X 12-3/8" X 6-3/4" is a collection tray that is designed to be used with commercial fryer filtration systems to collect food particles and cooking residue during the oil filtering process. This is accomplished by filtering the oil through the cooker system and trapping the sediment away from the oil. The tray is compatible with the fryer, and fits in the filter pan area of the fryer under the filtration compartment. The component supports the containment of debris and aids in cleaner oil circulation during commercial cooking use in the fryer system.
