The Dean 8070428 Fryer Natural Gas Safety Valve is an essential part in the function of fryers and other gas appliances. Having 3.5” WC pressure rating and the ½” FPT connection, the valve facilitates accurate regulation of gas flow, providing an increase in security level. Intended for intermittent pilot, direct spark, and hot surface applications, it has a capacity of up to 300,000 BTU. It has a slotted thermopile magnet, brass pile holding nut and is suitable for Frymaster and Pitco models. It gives consistent operation, minimizes emission of gas, and is very important in organizing a secure and efficient mode of cooking.
