The Vulcan Hart 00-410841-00030 Combination Valve is a variable natural gas fryer control. It operates by Including a pilot safety valve, a pressure regulator and a main gas valve into one unit and the flow of gas to the pilot light and the main burner is controlled by a 24-volt signal. This part is usually found in the control compartment of the fryer, usually close to the burner assembly. This is a necessary component of the heating system of the fryer which provide the proper pressure of the gas and that the ignition and operation of the burner is safely regulated.
