The Pitco P5045639 Fryer FPT Natural Gas Safety Valve 3.5" water column pressure is a control component used on commercial systems. It operates as a component of the gas secure system of the fryer opening to allow the flow of gas to the burner assembly when the systems is operating and closing when it is turned off or in response to the control signals or secure shutdown conditions.
