The Pitco PTP5045638 Fryer FPT Natural Gas Safety Valve is a gas control part that is intended to be utilized in commercial systems. Regulates and protects the flow of natural gas in the gas train with a water column pressure rating of 3.5" and a 1/2" fitting. Valves are equipped to the units to provide secure operation due to automatic shutoff of gas supply if pilot flame loss or abnormal conditions occur. It is used commercially, in restaurants and institutional food service facilities, where there is a need for consistent fryer operation and gas secure compliance.
