The Frymaster FM807-0428 FPT Natural Gas Safety Valve 3.5" WC 1/2" is a gas control part for natural gas compatible commercial systems. It control the flow of natural gas to the burner system and assists in maintaining secure operating conditions when igniting and heating. The valve is rated for 1/2-inch female pipe thread connections with a water column pressure rating of 3.5 inches and to provide adequate fuel delivery to the systems gas train. It is widely used in commercial kitchens restaurants and foodservice applications where gas equipment is used on a continual basis.
