The Dean 816-0181 O-Ring 1-3/8 inch ID by 1/8 inch width is a replacement seal that is used in commercial cooking equipment. It is to work to develop a secure seal between mating parts, to avoid the leakage of oil or fluids in the appliance. This is an O-ring that is mostly used in fryer systems, where it has to be well contained to be able to operate.
