The Frymaster FM816-0181 Fryer O-Ring is a sealing part that is applied in commercial assemblies with an inside diameter of 1-3/8 inch and a width of 1/8 inch. Its task is to establish a close fit between mating components to ensure that oil does not leak and ensure that there is containment in the process of operation. This is fitted at specific connection points in the fryer where the flow of oil is to be controlled. It is used in commercial kitchens to maintain the performance of the fryers and is normally replaced during maintenance or service to get the system back on track.
