The Frymaster FM8160597 Fryer O-Ring is used in systems to give the seal at joints and fittings. It is 1-3/8 inches inside diameter and 1/8 inch cross-section to control the flow of oil and minimize the chances of leakage when in use. This is an internal part of the fryer that is installed to ensure the stability of the system. In commercial kitchen conditions, it is normally replaced during maintenance or corrective service to allow the fryer to keep on operation as desired.
