The Frymaster 8160597PK O-Ring 1-3/8 inch inside diameter 1/8 inch width is a replacement seal element in commercial fryer systems. It is used in order to establish a safe seal between fittings or housings to regulate the flow of oil and minimize leaks during use. This O-ring is fitted in the interior part of the fryer, where it is needed to perform in the conditions of cooking. It is usually substituted during maintenance or repair in foodservice conditions to make sure the fryer remains in proper operation.
