The Dean 8160597 O-Ring 1-3/8 inch inside diameter by 1/8 inch width is developed to be used in commercial cooking systems and especially fryer assemblies. It acts as a seal that does not allow the escape of oil or fluid at specific points of connection in the equipment. The works are installed internally, with adjoining components installed to ensure that there is proper system integrity when the system is in normal operation.
