The Dean 823-9426 Cover fits the commercial fryer models that have 15-1/8 inch by 20-5/8 inch fry pot opening. The cover is fitted directly on the pot to reduce exposure of oil and internal fryer surfaces when not cooking. It combines with the other parts surrounding it to provide adequate seating. It is a component that is usually applied in food preparation facilities where fryers are used periodically during service time. The replacement is normally done when the cover is worn out, distorted, or no longer fits well over the pot opening.
