The Frymaster FM806-5518 Fryer Fry Pot Cover is commercial compatible equipment with models that have an opening of 15-1/8 inches by 20-5/8 inches. The cover is placed directly on the rim of the pot and is applied when there is no active frying occurring. It helps in organised shutdown processes and in cleaning and oil handling processes. The cover is designed to fit the fryer aperture and fit in with other surfaces to sit well. It replacement is mostly necessary in the case of constant exposure to heat, surface damage or inability to maintain a constant fit.
