The Frymaster FM8239426 Fry Pot Cover is a fitted cover designed for fryers with a 15-1/8-inch by 20-5/8-inch pot opening. It is used to wrap the fry pot when there is no commercial, cleaning or oil-related activity. The cover is placed on the rim of the pot and fits the surrounding surfaces of the fryer to ensure the same placement. This is an element that is usually changed during maintenance when the cover that was used is not smooth or no longer in full contact with the pot opening as a result of usage.
