The Frymaster FM823-9426 Fryer Fry Pot Cover is designed to be used with the commercial fryer models that have a 15-1/8-inch by 20-5/8-inch fry pot opening. When the cooking activity is stopped or finished, the cover is put over the pot to assist in controlling the open area of the oil in the course of normal operations. It fits into the top part of the fryer when it is correctly placed. This section is mostly applicable in food preparation areas where the fryers are often visited during service periods. Replacement is done when dealing with damage or normal use of equipment.
