The Alto-Shaam ALT5013469 Oven Retrofit Timer is a 12-hour electromechanical timer assembly with a control knob and two electrical connector for commercial kitchen equipment. Operating at 240V and 60Hz it install in the control panel where it allow operator to set and monitor timed cooking or holding cycle. The timer communicate with the oven electrical control circuit to initiate or terminate operation after the selected interval has elapsed. It work with the appliance wiring and control component to provide timed operation and is used as a retrofit replacement for compatible kitchen equipment.
