The Alto-Shaam TR34542 Oven Retrofit Timer is a 12-hour timing control assembly with a manual adjustment knob and two electrical connector used for commercial kitchens. It mount in the control panel where it allows operators to set the required operating time for cooking or holding cycle. The timer operates by opening or closing the electrical circuit after reaching the selected time setting, controlling connected oven component.
