The Alto-Shaam ALTTR3318 Oven Retrofit Timer is a 12-hour retrofit timer assembly with an integrated control knob and two electrical connectors for commercial kitchen equipment. Operating on 240V, 60Hz power, it is mounted in the control panel to provide manual time selection for cooking, holding or smoking cycles. The timer switches the connected electrical circuit after the selected interval, allowing programmed oven operation to operate for the specified duration.
