The Alto-Shaam ALTTR-34542 Oven Retrofit Timer is a 12-hour electromechanical timing assembly with a control knob and two electrical connector for commercial kitchen equipment. Operating on 240V and 60Hz power it is installed in the control panel to regulate timed cooking or holding cycle. The timer send switching signal through the oven control circuit when the selected time has elapsed, allowing programmed operations to start or stop as required. It work with the appliance wiring and control component to restore timed operation and is used as a retrofit replacement for compatible oven system.
