The Cleveland 20552 Steamer Thermostatic Steam Trap is a condensate management component designed for use in operated cooking equipment. Equipped with a 1/2-inch MPT connection, it reacts to temperature changes within the system to release accumulated condensate and air while retaining it for effective heat transfer. Positioned within the steam piping of commercial steamers, the trap regulates condensate removal to support uninterrupted movement throughout the system. As part of the control network, it supports maintaining balanced distribution and supports the operation of connected heating and steam-generation components.
