The Hobart 4746 Thermostat With Dial D1/D18 3/16" X 13" 60" Cap regulates the temperature by sensing the change through a capillary element and activating internal switching to maintain the set level. The dial can be adjusted manually which allows regulating the heating cycles depending on the chosen setting. It is normally fitted in compatible commercial kitchen equipment, where temperature monitoring and adjustment are needed to operate properly. The component link to the system to control the amount of heat produced so that the unit will react to the set temperature range when in use.
