The Hobart 804746 Thermostat With Dial D1/D18 3/16" X 13" 60" Cap regulates temperature by sensing the heat through its capillary and adjusting internal contacts to control the flow of power to the heating element in commercial systems. The dial attached can be set manually, which moves the control point and switches the system on and off to keep the system within the desired range. The capillary tube is a connection between the control body and the sensing area, which allows the internal conditions to be accurately detected, and the dial interface to be accessed by the operator to input and change the settings during operation.
