The Hobart XNC8X8 Thermostat W/Dial 3/16" X 13" 60" CAP D1/D18 regulates the temperature by detecting changes in its capillary system and triggering internal contacts to control the connected heating components. The dial enables the set temperature to be manually adjusted to allow the mechanism to switch on and off depending on the desired level. It is normally mounted in compatible commercial kitchen equipment, and is usually located near control panels or internal compartments where temperature control is needed. The component is connected to the control circuit of the system to control the amount of heat emitted and to ensure that the conditions under which the system is used remain constant.
