The Hobart 705025-A Fryer Pilot Safety Valve 3/8" regulates the amount of gas that flows to the pilot assembly and turns off the supply. It operates by taking a thermocouple signal to open the gas valve when the fryer is operating normally and close it when the flame extinguishe. This element is mounted in the gas control area of commercial fryers and is connected to the pilot line and burner system. The valve is used to control the supply of pilot gas during ignition and cooking in foodservice equipment.
