The Vulcan Hart 705025A Pilot Safety Valve operates as a gas safety control which maintains oven reliability through flow regulation and automatic shutdown when the pilot system fails. The 3/8" FPT valve works with natural gas and liquid propane while offering a 1/8" FPT pilot inlet/outlet and reaching a maximum BTU output of 163,000. The Vulcan models GH, F, and FS can utilize this safety valve. The redesigned thermocouple inlet now positions 90 degrees to the right of the gas inlet for better access. The safety valve improves performance while stopping gas leaks and enables efficient heating which makes it vital for commercial kitchen safety and compliance.
