The Dean 807-1969 Oil Pump Motor with Gasket, 115 VAC, is a drive component compatible with commercial fryer filtration systems. This motor is used to drive the oil pump that circulates and transfers cooking oil in the filtration process, and it operates on a 115-volt power supply. It is usually fitted in the filtration assembly of the fryer, where it operates the pump mechanism that transfers oil through the filter medium.
