The Frymaster 826-1712 BALDOR Filter Pump Motor with Gasket 115 VAC is a replacement motor that is used in the compatible commercial fryer filtration systems. This 115-volt motor drives the internal pump, which pushes cooking oil through the filtration assembly of the fryer when cleaning the oil is required on a regular basis. It is fitted to the filtration part of the fryer cabinet and it is connected to the pump mechanism that moves the oil between the fryer vat and the filter pan. This component is used in foodservice, where fryers are used continuously to drive the oil circulation process necessary to achieve filtration.
