The Frymaster FM8261263 Motor Oil Pump with Gasket 115 VAC is a motorised part of fryer oil filtration systems that are compatible. This 115-volt motor operates the pump that circulates cooking oil through the filtration in the course of maintenance and oil recycling. It installed in the filtration part of the fryer and is connected to the pump mechanism that moves oil between the cooking vat and the filter container. This motor used in foodservice, where fryer are used regularly to assist in the filtration process by supplying the mechanical force needed to pump oil throughout the system.
