The Frymaster FM826-1263 Motor Oil Pump with Gasket 115 VAC is a replacement drive motor to be used in fryer oil filtration assemblies that are compatible. The motor is driven by a 115-volt electrical connection and drives the pump, which moves the hot cooking oil through the filtration circuit of the fryer. It is fitted in the fryer cabinet and linked to the pump unit that directs oil between the fryer vat and the filtration pan. This element is used in the commercial kitchen setting to allow the filtration system to recirculate oil during the cleaning process of the operation of the fryer.
