The Dean 826-1263 Oil Pump Motor with Gasket 115 VAC is a replacement motor that is used in compatible oil filtration systems in commercial fryers. It uses a 115-volt electrical supply to run the internal pump through the filtration system during cleaning and recycling processes. The motor is installed in the filtration section of the fryer and it is attached to the pump housing where the oil is circulated between the fry pot. This component allows the filtration system to circulate oil in foodservice kitchens to aid in the regular oil maintenance and assist the fryer system to operate consistently.
